We deliver worldwide

Delivery is free across Europe on every greenhouse. Beyond Europe we deliver worldwide, starting from €120. Your kit travels on our own transport or with specialist two-person couriers — toughened glass is not something we trust to a parcel network.

Outside Europe the delivery charge depends on where you are and how large your greenhouse is, so we calculate it for your order and confirm it on your quotation before you commit to anything. That figure excludes insurance and any customs or import duties; where insurance is required, we show it separately on the same quotation. Islands and some remote regions within Europe are also quoted individually.

Every Rhino is made to order, so lead times stretch in spring — our busiest season. We confirm your estimated week when you order and contact you to book an exact delivery day.

Before your greenhouse arrives

  1. Prepare a firm, level base (your order pack includes exact dimensions).
  2. Clear access for a long wheelbase van and a glass trolley.
  3. Plan storage if you're not building immediately — kits store flat and dry.

Delivery & installation questions

What base does a Rhino greenhouse need?

Every Rhino includes an integral aluminium base, so you do not need to buy a separate plinth. The greenhouse needs a firm, level foundation: a concrete slab, paving slabs on a compacted sub-base, or a perimeter footing all work well. Our delivery pack includes a base preparation guide with exact dimensions for your model.

Do you deliver worldwide, and is delivery free?

We deliver worldwide. Delivery is free across Europe on every greenhouse. Outside Europe it starts at €120 and is calculated from your location and the size of your greenhouse, then confirmed on your quotation. That figure excludes insurance and any customs or import charges — insurance is shown separately when it is required.

Can I build it myself, or do you offer installation?

Both. Every greenhouse ships as a complete kit with pre-drilled components, fixings and step-by-step instructions — most customers with basic DIY experience build a 6ft or 8ft model over a weekend with two people. We also offer a professional installation service across most of Europe; ask for a quote when you order.

How long will my greenhouse take to arrive?

Because every Rhino is made to order at our Norfolk factory, typical lead times are 4–6 weeks from order to delivery, varying by season — spring is our busiest period. We confirm your estimated week at the point of order and contact you to book an exact delivery day.
